ABTA Loaner Baton Program
The objective of the ABTA Loaner Baton Program is to provide Alberta Clubs and/or Regions temporary usage of batons to aide in the success of short-term clinics or camps, starting a baton club, or programs implemented through the ABTA Office.
Eligibility
1. Must be a registered member of ABTA.
2. Event must be sanctioned by ABTA.
3. ABTA events have exclusive priority over Club/Region requests.
4. Batons must be returned to the ABTA Office within one week of event completion.
5. Maximum sign out period is 4 weeks unless otherwise authorized by the ABTA Executive Director.
6. Batons may be reserved up to 2 months in advance and will be distributed on a first come first serve basis.
(with the exception of an ABTA event taking precedent)
7. Club/Region requesting batons are responsible for shipping and handling costs.
8. Club/Region are responsible for the cost of lost batons while in their possession.
